Welcome to Tsunami (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By purchasing, accessing, or participating in any of our services, training programs, or materials, you (“User,” “you”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Overview of Services
Tsunami provides training, systems, and support designed to help independent agents generate leads, book appointments, and submit mortgage-related cases using our proprietary strategies.
We do not guarantee income, earnings, or specific results.
2. Eligibility
By using our services, you confirm that:
You are at least 18 years old
You are legally able to enter into a binding agreement
You will comply with all applicable laws and licensing requirements in your jurisdiction
3. No Income Guarantee
While our system is designed to help generate results, individual success depends on many factors including effort, consistency, market conditions, and sales ability.
We make no guarantees regarding:
Income or earnings
Number of appointments booked
Number of closed deals
4. Refund & Performance Guarantee
We offer a limited performance-based guarantee under the following conditions:
If you:
Attend the Mortgage Sales Training in full,
Follow the Tsunami system as instructed, and
Do not have at least one mortgage case submitted within 30 days of attending the training,
then you may be eligible to receive a refund.
To qualify for the guarantee, you must:
Attend the full training session (live or approved replay)
Implement the system as instructed, including outreach, follow-up, and booking activities
Provide reasonable proof of activity if requested (e.g., messages sent, leads contacted, appointments attempted)
Submit your refund request in writing within 7 days after the 30-day period ends
Important Notes:
Failure to follow the system or provide proof of effort voids eligibility
Submitting even one case (regardless of approval or funding status) voids eligibility
Refund applies only to the training fee (if applicable).
We reserve the right to evaluate eligibility at our sole discretion in good faith
5. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
Act professionally and ethically
Follow all compliance and regulatory requirements related to mortgage activities
Not misrepresent Tsunami, its system, or expected results
Not engage in spam, misleading advertising, or unlawful outreach
6. Intellectual Property
All materials, systems, scripts, and training content are the property of Tsunami and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not:
Copy, distribute, or resell materials
Share access with non-members
Reproduce any part of the system without written permission
7. Payment & Fees
All payments are final unless otherwise stated in this agreement.
You agree not to:
Initiate chargebacks without first contacting support
Misrepresent purchases to your payment provider
Violation may result in immediate termination of access.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services at any time if you:
Violate these Terms
Act in a way that harms the company or other users
Engage in unethical or non-compliant behavior
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tsunami shall not be liable for:
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Loss of income, business opportunities, or data
Actions taken based on training or materials
10. Disclaimer
Tsunami is not a lender, broker, or financial advisor. We provide training and systems only.
You are solely responsible for:
Compliance with licensing laws
Proper handling of client information
Any financial or business decisions you make
11. Modifications
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
