He began his career at New York Life, where he quickly earned the distinction of Rookie of the Year. But before that, he proudly served as a San Jose Police Officer, driven by a heart to protect and serve, values that still guide him today.
David is more than a top producer, he’s a true builder. He’s developed multiple highly successful sales teams using Blue Ocean Strategies, helping agents break out of the red ocean of competition and into wide-open markets filled with opportunity. He has helped countless agents reach new financial heights, and his greatest passion is helping others achieve their dreams. especially financially.
But David’s story didn’t start at the top. He came from a very poor family and knows firsthand what it’s like to struggle, to face tough times, and to fight for a better life. That’s why he is so passionate about creating real opportunity for others.

For Michael, the most important thing in life, above everything else, is his relationship with his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. His faith drives everything he does, from business to ministry to personal relationships.
Michael leads a thriving bus ministry focused on reaching children who come from difficult family situations. He spends personal time with each child, teaching them that there is an all-powerful God who can completely change their lives. He’s also deeply involved in ministry work in Mexico, where he helps bring the gospel and practical support to families in some of the most broken and impoverished areas, transforming thousands of lives through love and truth.
In the business world, Michael made his first six figures in sales at just 19 years old. Throughout his 20s, he ranked among the Top 5 agents out of thousands and he hasn’t slowed down since. He’s a natural leader, a creative thinker, and someone who simply doesn’t take no for an answer. His drive, vision, and commitment have made him a respected force in the financial industry.
Michael is also passionate about helping pastors and ministries that need financial and operational support, regularly using his business success to give back to the Kingdom.
When he's not building businesses or serving in ministry, you’ll find him out on the water—boating and jet skiing.
As a co-leader of Tsunami Marketing, Michael’s goal is simple but powerful: to help agents make serious income, build lasting wealth, and experience real success. He knows what it feels like to sell products that no one wants or work under systems that don't produce and he’s made it his mission to build something different.
Michael leads from the front, he doesn’t just train others to sell the solutions Tsunami offers, he actively sells them himself. He knows what works, and he's committed to equipping every agent with the tools, strategies, and mindset they need to win big.


Yolanda serves as an Administration Assistant at Tsunami Marketing while balancing life as a full-time mom of four, supporting others as a caregiver for seven years, and being involved in church ministry for nine years.
Jonathan leads our technology and operational systems, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. From managing our workflows and CRM to maintaining our website and digital tools, he keeps our business processes efficient, secure, and up to date. His proactive approach to technology allows our team to stay focused on delivering exceptional service to our clients.


Caleb supports our team in a part-time IT role, assisting with website updates and ongoing technical improvements. He helps ensure our digital platforms remain current and efficient. In addition to his work with us, he serves full time as an Administrative Assistant at a Bible college in Indiana, bringing valuable organizational and communication skills to the workplace.
Eric is a native of Spartanburg, South Carolina, and a graduate of Gettys D. Broome High School and Wyatt Institute. He is the proud father of one son, Jordan, who is 19 years old and currently attending college.
Eric has a passion for sports, music, theater, the arts, traveling, cooking, and fishing. He also enjoys teaching, coaching, and training others, sharing his knowledge and experience to help people grow.
With over 20 years of experience in sales and customer service, Eric brings a strong background in building relationships and delivering results. His professional experience includes 10 years in direct and retail sales, 15 years in call center operations, and 8 years in automotive sales, finance, credit review, and underwriting.
Outside of work, Eric values time with his family and is actively involved in church and community activities.
